New threat to the Czech Republic: Shopping refugees!

After the broadcast of the regular TV discussion programme Otázky Václava Moravce (Václav Moravec Questions) on Czech public service TV on Sunday afternoon, a journalist from TV Prima asked the Czech Defence Secretary Stropnický the following question:

"In northern Bohemia, it happens more and more often these days that refugees cross the border from Germany and do their shopping in Czech shops. People are afraid... The police can unfortunately fine them only 2000 crowns (75 euros) when they catch them. Would it be possible to use the army against them?"

Czech Defence Secretary: "Using the army against shopping refugees, that seems to me slightly excessive..."
