Subject: Media's Role in Post-Communist Society
Hi,
I am hoping you can help me direct this information to the right people.
I want to reach individuals who are interested in the media to let them
know they can participate in our Internet video webcast about the role
media has played in post-communist society and how it has shaped the
Central Europe of today.
It's simple: visit the website(http://www.centraleurope.com/ceo/special/nova/novahome.html) to submit
your own question. Participants whose questions are answered on the show will win a free CD. You can also call up past webcasts which are archived.
The webcast Ask Zelezny! is broadcast every Monday at approximately 9
a.m. EST on Central Europe Online (http://www.centraleurope.com). Dr.
Vladimir Zelezny, who hosts the show, is a former political dissident
and current Director General of TV Nova, the Czech Republic's leading
television station. In past shows, he has answered questions on the
current political situation of Central Europe, racial tolerance, the
effects of consumerism on Eastern Europeans, the region's business
environment and more.
I would appreciate it if you could direct this message to the
appropriate group. Any email addresses or information about online
postings that you could offer would also be helpful.
Thank you for your help. I hope you will participate in Ask Zelezny!
Best regards,
Nadja Kymlicka
